What brings together all e-learning programs is its administrative piece. Through Learning Link we have been able to follow the progress of our 540+ employees. With minimal effort we can review the topics and modules that have been completed and at what level of competency. Navigating through Learning Link is intuitive. A person can be very proficient with very little time investment. Changes in status of employees, such as a promotion, can be reflected in Learning Link with a few key strokes. I have worked with Edcomm over the last 7-8 years in two different banks and capacities. They were the first cost-effective solution that I have had for providing 150 mid-level to junior managers in production management skills training. That course was both classroom led and PC based, and has now morphed into a web-based supported experience. Their demonstrated expertise in bank operations, both back-office and front line, was a major determinant in my selection of their solutions. The proof in the pudding was the contribution each of the departments have made to bottom line contribution. In my latest role, my Divisions/Departments have generated over $15 million in direct financial improvement, and overall cost avoidance and productivity benefits of $175 million in the last five years (we are a bank with a 44% efficiency ratio).
