- Mr. Hatem Shehab focuses on performance improvement initiatives for our clients—including organization-wide performance and quality improvement, capacity building, in-house certification, competency modeling, and other niche areas of Learning & Development. Mr. Shehab’s team provides consultation on key elements of a Business Operating Model: strategy, processes, and people. Mr. Shehab holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in English Literature, and several professional qualifications on assessment and talent management. He is an Accredited Assessor by TMSDI-UK and B.R. Garrison, to administer and counsel on assessment tools. He is also a Certified Job Analyst & Job Evaluator by HAY; an Accredited Expert by the Institute of Banking Law & Practice, USA; and a speaker at workshops, forums, and conferences.
