Subtitle C - Ratings and Incentives for Community Floodplain Management Programs
542. Funding
Section 1310(a) of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 4017(a)) is amended-
(1) in paragraph (4), by striking βandβ at the end;
(2) in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and
(3) by adding after paragraph (5) the following new paragraph: β(6) for carrying out the program under section 1315(b);β.
