What's The Course Like?

The session is interactive and participative. Communication Basics is organized into 8 Modules. These modules contain models, exercises and discussions that present concepts and skills that are critical to effective communication. The activities and exercises reinforce the learning by applying the concepts to both real-life examples and in-class practice. Participants will be able to observe different communication styles and techniques and practice their communication skills with in-class role-plays.
