Jim Cannon
Mr. Cannon serves as Chief Operating Officer of Banker's Academy, overseeing innovations, operations, and the technology platform. He brings a wealth of experience in operational excellence and leadership of large, diverse teams in a fast paced, service-oriented environment. A seasoned corporate trainer and technology guru, Jim has spent a great deal of his career pioneering and perfecting new methods for effective training and delivery. His passion for training and his care for his clients inspire all of his initiatives.
As a professional trainer, Jim has spent many years working with learners from a broad spectrum. He delivered presentations to groups that range from a handful to over a thousand. His particular skill is in translating complex technical concepts into terms that make it easy for his participants to follow. Mr. Cannon is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a ComptTIA CTT+ Certified Technical Trainer, and an Adobe Certified Expert in Flash CS3 Professional and a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Project 2007, Managing Projects. He is a qualified trainer in many of the Official Microsoft and Adobe Certification Curriculum courses. He is also an expert at designing and delivering Customer Service, Leadership, Vendor Management and Presentation Skills courses.
Mr. Cannon has trained in numerous national training centers throughout the US. He taught at the Harvard Center for Workplace Development, UCONN's Connecticut Information Technology Institute (CITI), the US Department of Education in Washington, DC, and in multiple New Horizons training centers in the Northeast.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Cannon managed brand and service transformation programs at Celebrity Cruises and Cirque du Soleil, as well as customer service initiatives for multi-national companies.

Hatem Shehab
Mr. Shehab holds the position of Chief Consulting Officer at Banker's Academy, focusing on performance improvement initiatives for our clients. This includes organization-wide performance and quality improvement, capacity building, in-house certification, competency modeling, and other niche areas of Learning & Development. Mr. Shehab's team provides consultation on key elements of a business operating model: strategy, processes, and people.
Mr. Shehab holds a Master's degree in English Literature and a number of prestigious professional qualifications on assessment and talent management. He is an Accredited Assessor by TMSDI-UK and B.R. Garrison, to administer and counsel on assessment tools. He is also a Certified Job Analyst & Job Evaluator by HAY, Accredited Expert by the "Institute of Banking Law & Practice", USA and an eminent personality at workshops, international forums and conferences.
Mr. Shehab is also a seasoned banking executive. His experience spans many years, during which he performed in various roles in areas including trade finance, retail branches, commercial lending, and operations. He served as head of the Foreign Department at the Bank of Jordan, and then progressed to Arab Bank PLC to supervise the Commercial Services Department, handling its Trade Finance Department. Mr. Shehab also served as Training Manager at Saudi Hollandi Bank, where he helped change the face of the business by establishing its Training Center that catered to the training requirements of staff and set forth its procedures and operational policy. With the Institute of Banking, he developed and customized programs for Saudi Banks. He also delivered training programs on a wide range of banking areas.
Later, Mr. Shehab rejoined Arab Bank PLC to head its Training and Development Center. He helped set up training and talent development strategies and workable plans for the bank. He coached key executives on leadership and personnel issues and implemented training programs, including the renowned Pioneers Program and University Graduates Top Achievers, to mention a few.
Prior to joining Banker's Academy, Mr. Shehab worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, delivering cutting-edge solutions and the implementation of strategic initiatives, including Organizational Policies, Compensation Packages, Balanced Scorecard, Change Management, Organizational Design, and Performance Management. He was engaged with clients providing practical insights and proactive solutions on human capital strategy, organizational structures, and business challenges.
